Temperature & Thermal Calibration Services in India

Thermal calibration is the process of testing and changing the accuracy of temperature measurement devices including thermometers, thermocouples, and temperature sensors.

Thermal Calibration — Kesar Testing Service LLP

THE SERVICE

Thermal calibration in Ahmedabad, by an NABL accredited lab.

Thermal calibration compares your thermometers, thermocouples, RTDs and data loggers against traceable reference standards across the temperatures you actually work at. When storage, sterilisation or process steps depend on a temperature reading, a verified sensor is what lets you defend that reading to an auditor.

Thermal calibration is the process of testing and changing the accuracy of temperature measurement devices including thermometers, thermocouples, and temperature sensors. This guarantees that these devices offer accurate readings within the specified temperature range, which is essential in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food production, and manufacturing, where temperature control is critical for quality and safety.

How does the Kesar Testing Service LLP aid with Thermal Calibration Services in Gujarat, India?

At Kesar Testing Service LLP, we perform precise and dependable thermal calibration using a wide variety of advanced technology. Our devices contains high-precision monitors that are perfect for calibrating temperature measurement devices over a broad range, including the Fluke Temperature Sensor, Tempsens 650M, Tempsens CALsys 1200, and Fluke 9190. We employ our in-house Kesar Humidity Chamber and Temperature Chamber, which are made for controlled environmental testing, along with the Rotronic HG2-S, HL-1D, and HP-32 with sensors for mapping humidity and temperature. To guarantee accurate data recording and validation, we also use the G-Tek Scanner and Tempsen Temperature Sensor. We can meet strict calibration criteria and provide reliable, accurate findings for a variety of sectors due to our comprehensive setup.

WHY IT MATTERS

Why thermal calibration matters
for Gujarat's industries.

Accurate, traceable calibration protects product quality and keeps your records defensible.

01

Defensible temperature records

Traceable sensor calibration supports the temperature data behind your stability studies, cold-chain records and process controls when it is questioned during an inspection.

02

Points that match use

We calibrate at the temperatures your process actually runs at, so the certificate reflects real operating conditions rather than a generic set of points.

03

Less downtime on site

On-site calibration of installed sensors and loggers avoids dismantling equipment and keeps chambers, incubators and stores in service for longer.

HOW WE WORK

How our Ahmedabad lab works with you.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined steps, so results are consistent and audit-ready.

  1. 01

    Scope your requirement

Share your instrument list, rooms or systems and the standards you work to. We confirm parameters, ranges and acceptance criteria before anything is scheduled.

  2. 02

    Plan the work

We agree dates, on-site or in-lab handling and the protocol to follow, so production and QA know exactly what will happen and when.

  3. 03

    Measure with traceable standards

Qualified engineers carry out the work using calibrated reference instruments traceable to national standards, recording raw data as they go.

  4. 04

    Report and certify

You receive clear certificates and reports — results, uncertainty or acceptance criteria, and traceability — ready for audits and regulatory inspections.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Thermal calibration in Ahmedabad: your questions.

Can’t find what you need? Call +91 63579 03105 or email calibration@kesartesting.com.

How often should temperature sensors and data loggers be calibrated?

Frequency depends on how heavily the instrument is used, how critical the measurement is, the manufacturer's guidance and your own SOPs or regulatory requirements. Annual calibration is the most common interval, but sensors in critical GMP applications or with a history of drift may justify a shorter cycle. Your calibration history is the best evidence for setting the interval.

Can you calibrate temperature sensors without removing them from the equipment?

In many cases, yes. Our engineers can calibrate installed sensors, indicators and data loggers at your facility by comparison against traceable reference probes. Where a sensor must be removed for comparison in a dry block or bath, we plan the work with your team to keep disruption to a minimum.

Is your thermal calibration NABL accredited?

Kesar Testing Service has been NABL accredited for calibration since 2018 and is currently accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 under certificate CC-4388. Thermal calibration is performed within our NABL scope of accreditation; contact us to confirm that a specific instrument type and temperature range is covered.

What is the difference between temperature calibration and temperature mapping?

Calibration checks the accuracy of an individual sensor against a reference standard. Temperature mapping uses several calibrated sensors to record how temperature varies across a space, such as a warehouse, chamber or cold room, over time. Mapping relies on calibrated sensors, so the two services usually go together.
