Our Nagman 1 to 700 bar Vacuum/Pressure Calibration System is a high-precision hydraulic dead weight tester used to calibrate pressure and vacuum equipment. This technique covers a wide range from 1 to 700 bar by applying established pressure values with certified weights, ensuring remarkable accuracy and dependable operation of gauges, transmitters, and sensors.

For precise digital pressure calibration, we use the Polltech PSI DPC-2. This compact, dual-sensor calibrator has advanced features such as a user-friendly interface, recording of data capabilities, and support for pressure ranges of up to 20 bar, making it suitable for both on-site and laboratory calibration.

In addition, we use the Techwork Vacuum Pump, a versatile and economical device for creating and maintaining vacuum pressure. How often should pressure gauges be calibrated?

Frequency depends on usage, the criticality of the measurement, the manufacturer's guidance and your SOPs or regulatory requirements. Annual calibration is common. Gauges exposed to pulsation, vibration or overpressure, or those on safety-critical equipment, may need a shorter interval based on their calibration history.

What reference equipment do you use for pressure calibration?

We use a hydraulic dead weight tester, which generates pressure using certified weights on a piston, together with digital pressure calibrators and a vacuum pump for low-pressure and vacuum work. Contact us to confirm that the range you need is within our NABL scope of accreditation.

Can you calibrate differential pressure gauges used in cleanrooms?

Yes. Differential pressure gauges used to monitor room-to-room pressure cascades can be calibrated against a traceable low-pressure reference. Contact us with the gauge type and range so we can confirm the arrangement and whether it falls within our scope of accreditation.

Can pressure transmitters be calibrated without removing them from the line?

Often they can, provided the process can be isolated and a test connection is available. We apply known pressures and compare them with the transmitter output signal. Where in-situ calibration is not practical, the transmitter can be removed and calibrated at our laboratory.
